Sheet Pan Sausage and Veg



Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Step 2. Prepare the vegetables:
Wash and cut the red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into chunks.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Place all the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3. Season the vegetables:
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated.

Step 4. Add sausages:
Place the Italian sausages among the seasoned vegetables on the baking sheet.

Step 5. Roast the dish:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-35 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are cooked through.
Halfway through the cooking time, turn the sausages to ensure they brown evenly on all sides.

Step 6. Serve:
Once everything is nicely roasted and cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Serve hot directly from the pan, or transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy your meal!
